Procedures Do's and Don'ts

TCM Wellness Service
TCM Wellness Services Reminders:
  • Advised not to skip any meals.
  • The best time for any therapy service is 1 hour after meal.
  • Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours before any service procedure.
  • Advised not to exercise for 3 hours before any proceed to any service procedure.
  • Please inform us if you are sick or having fever before proceeds to any service procedure.
  • Not recommended for any therapy service during your menstrual period.
  • Please inform us if you are pregnant, you are advised to transfer your entitlement or your package to your family members.
Health Screening
Medical Checkup
Medical Checkup (Health Screening) Reminders:
  • Do fast for 8 hours from midnight, plain water is allowed.
  • Please inform us if you are on any medication & bring along medication.
  • Bring along your PREVIOUS X-RAY & REPORT (if any).
  • Do not drink alcohol for 48 hours before check-up.
  • Do not wear contact lens, spectacle is encouraged.
  • Do not wear jewelries or bring along other valuables during your medical checkup.
  • For Mammogram (female) – avoid using deodorant / body talcum on the chest area.
  • For Pap Smear procedure (female):
  • The best time for this is 10 to 20 days after the first day of your last menstrual period.
  • 2 days before the test:
  • Avoid sexual intercourse.
  • No douching or using any vaginal medications (except as directed by your doctor), no vaginal contraceptives such as birth control foams, cream or jellies.
  • Please inform us if you are pregnant, you are advised to transfer your entitlement to your family members.
Room Request
Hotel Room Check-in Procedures:
  • Each room is subjected to 2 adults and 2 children.
  • Check-in time is at 2.00pm and check-out at 12.00noon.
  • A refundable deposit of RM100 can be collected upon check-out
  • Please quote the CONFIRMATION NUMBER upon check-in.
  • Kindly noted that food and beverage is on PAX / Personal account.
  • Please inform us upon room requisition if you wish to make any special arrangements, i.e transportation, additional bed, baby cot or etc.

Terms and Conditions
  • The TCM Wellness service, medical checkup and room request are only applicable upon 35% of your membership fee payment.
  • Lead time for all the appointment shall not be less than 7 days prior to your requested date.
  • Any amendment /rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment shall not be less than 3 days before the confirmed date, failing which your entitlement will be forfeited / treated as used.
  • Confirmation and amendment of the appointment requested is always subjected to the availability.
  • Your appointment will be confirmed within 2 working days and follow up with a confirmation letter via fax/email or confirmation without letter through telephone/SMS.
  • All your entitlements shall be utilized before the expired / anniversary date as no extensions will be entertained.
